By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms:BookingBy making a reservation on our website, the client accepts the following general conditions. To book a stay, you must provide accurate and complete information, such as your personal details, the dates you wish to stay, the number of guests, etc. Your reservation is only confirmed when you have received a confirmation email from us. Arrival and DepartureGuests must respect the check-in and check-out times set by the establishment to allow for the cleaning and preparation of rooms for the next guests. Check-In Policy: The room is available from 5:00 PM, unless an early check-in is available (additional fees may apply).Check-Out Policy: The room must be vacated by 10:30 AM, unless a late check-out is available (additional fees may apply).Rates and Payments The payment for your stay is made according to the conditions stated at the time of booking, such as the total amount of the reservation, any service fees, and the applicable cancellation policies during their stay. Guests are responsible for the cleanliness and condition of the accommodation during their stay. Any damage caused to the property will be charged to the guest. Guests are responsible for the security of their personal belongings. The establishment is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Responsibility of the accommodation We are committed to providing quality service and making your stay pleasant. However, we cannot be held responsible for any incident or accident beyond our control. In case of problems or complaints during your stay, we ask that you inform us immediately so that we can take appropriate measures to resolve the situation. We advise you to read the terms and conditions carefully before booking a stay. If you have any doubts or questions, do not hesitate to contact us for further clarification. Quiet hours Starting from a certain hour, after 9:00 PM, guests are requested to maintain silence so as not to disturb other guests who wish to rest. Prohibition of parties or noisy events In order to guarantee the tranquility of the guests and respect for coexistence rules, no party or noisy event may be organized on the premises. Respect for property and other guests Guests must respect both common and private property, as well as other guests staying at the establishment. Safety rules Guests must adhere to established safety rules, such as the proper use of facilities. Deposit policy A deposit may be required on the day of your check-in to protect us against any damage or loss that may occur during your stay. Amount of the deposit: The deposit amount is €150 per credit card imprint. Refundable deposit: The deposit will not be charged unless necessary.Refund Processing Refunds for cancellations, if applicable, will be processed within 07 business days to the original method of payment. Partial Stays No refund will be granted for early departures or unused nights unless otherwise stated in the reservation. Unforeseen Circumstances In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), the cancellation conditions may be adjusted at the management's discretion. Communication Customers will be promptly informed of any changes to the cancellation conditions due to force majeure events. Pet Policy Our furry friends are only accepted with the approval of the establishment's management. A non-refundable fee of €10 will be charged per day to cover additional cleaning costs. Pets must not weigh more than 10 kilograms to be accommodated.Non-smoking policy: Montplaisir is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor spaces, including rooms and common areas. Designated smoking areas: Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for guests who wish to smoke. Guests who violate the smoking policy may be subject to an additional cleaning and deodorizing fee of €25.
